No other APC discounts are offered under this agreement.
The agreement allows for publishing in most journals. The complete title list is available online. If you wish to publish open access, please check to ensure that your desired journal is included.
Hybrid journals that 'flip' to OA during the course of this agreement will remain available for OA publishing for the duration of the agreement.
Articles from authors at participating institutions may be published under the following Creative Commons licenses:
Some or all exclusive rights are assigned to the publisher.
The exclusive right to publish the Version of Record remains with the publisher.
Default is CC BY. If the author specifically requests a different license that can be arranged.
Further information about licenses is available on the publisher's website.
The Creative Commons licenses allow reuse (some with conditions) while protecting the authors' rights of acknowledgment as authors.
Article approvals are managed by the publisher via an automated check as part of the production workflow.
John Benjamins does not charge additional fees for page and/or colour fees. Authors should always check each journal’s submission guidelines to ensure that they will not be subject to any other fees or charges.
The following instructions for authors have been provided by the publisher. Further details are available on the publisher’s website.
All journal articles that enter our production workflow — after acceptance by the journal — are automatically checked to see if the institution of the corresponding author is participating in a Read & Publish arrangement with us, and if the article was submitted to the journal after the start of that arrangement.
If so, we will automatically arrange for Open Access publication.
The author(s) will see this in the proofs of the article, where Open Access information will be added in the footer and the funding section.
